The Carlin Nalley Foundation (CNF) occasionally collects personal information through various forms throughout its site, primarily for event registrations, award nominations, fund raising efforts, volunteer opportunities, and Aliumni Directory updates. The type of information collected can include, but is not limited to, name, address, phone number(s), e-mail address(es), and graduation year.

Information is used for the purpose of furthering the membership or fund-raising operations of the Carlin Nalley Foundation for furthering and fulfilling the needs of the Carlin Nalley Foundation Therefore, any confidential information is released for those purposes only. Confidential information is not available to organizations, businesses, groups or individuals for personal, commercial or political mailing.

The CNF is committed to ensuring the privacy of personal information. The CNF may share personal information gathered from its sites with others outside the CNF when:
